What we do
Three production programmes under one roof
From hydraulic sizing and design calculations through fabrication, machining and testing to installation and commissioning support on site.
Valve production
Turbine inlet butterfly and spherical valves, Howell-Bunger and plunger valves for hydro power; gate valves for thermal power; check valves with hydraulic damping for industry and water supply.
Welded constructions
Spiral casings, penstock and manifold sections, gates and closures — flat, radial and segment type — stoplogs, trash racks and embedded parts, welded to EN ISO 3834-2.
Machining
Turning, boring and milling of large components: valve bodies and discs, seat and sealing faces, shafts, flanges, rings and turbine parts — single pieces and small series.
Production programme
Valves
Each valve is engineered to the project's hydraulic data — head, flow, closing time and operating regime — and delivered with the calculations, test records and documentation the plant requires.
Turbine inlet butterfly valves
Main shut-off at the turbine inlet, hydraulic servomotor with counterweight closing.
Spherical (ball) valves
Full bore, minimal head loss and tight sealing for medium and high heads.
Howell-Bunger valves
Fixed-cone dispersion valves for free discharge and energy dissipation.
Plunger valves
Cavitation-controlled regulation of flow and pressure with a linear characteristic.
Gate valves
Wedge and parallel-slide gate valves for steam, feedwater and condensate service.
Check valves with hydraulic damping
Non-slam closing with adjustable two-stage damping against water hammer.
Special and custom valves
Purpose-built shut-off and control equipment, including replacements for obsolete valves.
Welded constructions
Spiral casings, penstock sections, gates, stoplogs and embedded parts.
Steel fabrication and machining
Welded constructions and large-part machining
Spiral casings and penstock sections
Rolled and welded from fine-grain structural steel, with WPS/WPQR qualification, full NDT, stress relieving where required and hydrostatic testing.
Gates and closures
Flat (slide) gates, radial gates and segment gates, stoplogs, bulkheads and trash racks, with guides, embedded parts, seals and drive equipment.
Machining of large parts
Turning, boring, milling and grinding of sealing faces on valve bodies, discs, rotors, shafts, rings and flanges — to drawing or from a sample.
How a project runs
From hydraulic data to commissioning
Engineering
Hydraulic sizing, strength and closing-time calculations, 3D design, FEM where required, drawings for approval.
Manufacture
Certified materials, qualified welding procedures, machining of sealing and bearing surfaces, corrosion protection.
Testing
NDT, hydrostatic shell and seat tests, functional and closing-time tests, factory acceptance test with the client.
Site
Delivery, installation supervision, commissioning, operation and maintenance manuals, spare parts and service.
